The Hobie 18 is only for rent to experienced sailors who have sailed a Hobie Cat (Hobie Wave not included) or other high performance boats. 2 such experienced sailors required to rent this boat. Maximum wind speed for us to send this boat out is 15 knots, including gusts. This catamaran handles well over a wide range of conditions. It will point a bit higher than its asymmetrical cousin, although it is a bit wetter in heavy winds because the trampoline is closer to the water.

No trapeze set up for this boat.

      We have 12 hybrid bikes, sizes from 14" to 22". Explore the waterfront path in Kingston or take the free ferry ride over to Wolfe Island and explore a secluded sandy beach. We will give you maps for both these locations. Baskets, locks and helmets are all included in all rentals.

      Rental Rates

      • Hourly: $8
      • Full Day: $40
      • 2-4 Days: $35 /Day
      • 5-7 Days: $30 /Day
      • 8+ Days: $25 /Day

      Prices includes HST, lock and helmet.

      Last rental out is 1 Hour before close.

      Hourly Rentals: Minimum one hour rental, additional hours rounded to the nearest 15 minute interval. Please note that your rental will be held for up to a maximum of 15 mins past your scheduled start time, after which it will be redistributed to customers as demand permits.

      Full Day & Multi Day Rentals: Start time is our opening for that day, with return by close of that day or by open on the following day. Bikes must be locked up inside overnight. Bikes left outside have a high risk of being stolen for which you will be liable. This will cost you at least $1,000, depending on the model.

      Our 16' Nunavut by ClearWater Design is a recreational type tandem kayak for extreme stability and comfortable paddling for two. The large single open cockpit allows ample room for both paddlers and makes entry and exit very easy.

      We assist all customers to get your kayak ready and help launch and exit upon your return. We will provide you with some helpful suggestions for paddling destinations along Kingston's historic waterfront.
